Prices for all products on Soccer World website are in Australian dollars ($A) and include GST (10%). All prices are correct at the time of publication of this website. Prices may differ online to instore. Prices are subject to change without notice. Soccer World will provide Tax Invoices for all accepted orders.
Orders must be accompanied by payment in full.
The following payments are accepted online:

Soccer World’s shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post realtime rates. We also use Couriers Please and Fastways courier, but our courier service may be changed at our discretion.
Freight will be charged based on the weight of the order except for those goods which in our opinion are heavy or bulky products or where an order has special delivery instructions.
Freight for domestic orders will be added to order value prior to payment unless products attract special freight.
Bulky items will be marked and attract additional freight and handling charge. Please contact Soccer World for a quotation to your delivery address. Please note: This cost will automatically be added to your final purchase total.
Soccer World will not be responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from the late or non-delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once you have placed your order all you need is a delivery address, a postcode, and have your payment details ready.
Soccer World will dispatch your goods in the most efficient and reliable manner. This will be done at our sole discretion. Domestic orders are normally despatched within two (2-3) working days for in-stock items. If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you within 7 working days.
Deliveries are to Australian destinations only. Orders are currently shipped with Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastways couriers, but our courier service may be changed at our discretion.
Terms and conditions of delivery services vary from time to time and are beyond our control. There are several places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc.
Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes – always provide a street address. For approved account customers you will receive an invoice with your order.
Special Delivery Instructions
You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order e.g. leave the parcel at the back door; however, we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason nor can we track the postal progress of the parcel.
If you are not available to sign on delivery, freight companies may leave small orders in a safe area e.g. letterboxes or by the front door. Larger orders may be returned for redelivery or you may be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.
If you do not receive your Receipted Delivery parcel/s, or one or more are missing you can notify us by email at [email protected] include the Receipted Delivery barcode numbers of any parcels you have received and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles.
Store Pick Up Orders
When you have finalized your online web order, select the ‘PICK UP at’ option at the shipping step in the checkout process. This allows you to pick up your order at either

Please wait until your order has been processed and available for pickup. You will be notified via email approximately 1 working day after you have submitted your order. If your order is urgent, please call in advance to arrange priority service. Goods can be picked up Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm once you have been notified that your order has been processed.
You must present your Soccer World register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
If you cannot present your Soccer World receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase Soccer World reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
Clearance Sale items are NOT returnable
Returns are to be made by completing a Goods Return Form. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required. Soccer World will allow the return of goods for credit if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product under the following circumstances:-
- Where the supplied product is determined to be not of merchantable quality or suited for its stated purpose.
- The product is determined to be grossly defective to the extent that it would be unreasonable to regard the defect or fault as a matter for rectification under the warranties or guarantees provided for, or with the product.
Goods must be returned to Soccer World in original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the product. A Goods Return Form must be completed and returned to Soccer World: 1/241 Stafford Rd Stafford Queensland AU 4053.
Soccer World will not allow the return of goods where the customer determines that the stated purpose, capacity, specification or performance is in some manner inadequate for its purposes, if the product performs reasonably with respect to their stated purpose, capacity, specification or performance as defined by the manufacturer of the product.
Damage sustained during the shipping of the goods either to or from Soccer World is at the customers' risk and the customer is responsible for the provision of shipping insurance where so required.
If these requirements are not satisfied Soccer World reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.

Please note that Jerseys that have been printed under customer's approval may not be returned.
Goods Return Form
All goods returned to Soccer World require you to complete a Goods Return Form. Goods Return Form is available either by emailing Soccer World directly or downloading our Goods Return Form. Soccer World will not accept returns for custom made products, unless products are faulty, or do not conform to specifications. Freight charges on returns will not be credited. Also, freight will be charged when sending any exchanged products.
When returned goods are approved by Soccer World, a credit will be processed and credited into the customer’s account or to the customer’s credit card account where the original payment was processed via our Internet Payment Service.
The credit will be processed subsequent to the safe receipt of the goods by Soccer World subject to the above terms.
A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to a manufacturing flaw.
Defective products can be returned to Soccer World up to 90 days (see Product warranty length) from purchase date for store credit, assuming Soccer World deems them defective. Everything Soccer World receives claimed as defective, Soccer World may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s for inspection where it is put through rigorous tests to ensure the product does, in fact, have a factory/manufacturing defect. This process may take 7-14 days. If your item is deemed faulty and approval has been given either by the manufacturer or Soccer World the item will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full store credit will be offered.
Soccer World reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
All Faulty Goods returns must be authorised by Soccer World. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.
The following instances, including but not limited to, are NOT considered manufacturers defects and are NOT considered returnable:
- Tongues that have been ripped or have been pulled out
- Improper care - dry-rotting, mildew, etc
- Worn out toes, cleats, and soles on shoes
- Worn insoles
- Worn palms on goalkeeper gloves
- Clothing damaged from improper laundering
- Product misuse and/or improper use
- Manufacturer's logos on merchandise coming off (i.e. stripes on shoes, logos on clothing, logos on balls worn off)
- Any other reason as may be determined by the manufacturer from time to time
- Any cosmetic related issue that does not affect the performance of that item
Product Warranty Length from the Date of Purchase is as follow:
- Footwear - 90 days
- All other products - 30 days
